Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for exploring the city and the room was spacious and clean, the lack of a front desk and check-in support was disappointing. We also faced some issues with the mattress and hot water. Overall, a decent value, but definitely some areas for improvement.
I had a really disappointing experience at this place. The building itself was in terrible condition and didn't match the photos online at all. On top of that, the room wasn't clean and I even found cockroaches. I felt unsafe due to a broken door lock and couldn't get any help from management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with these major issues.
Our stay was filled with frustration and disappointment from the very start. The room we received was not what we paid for, the service was non-existent, and the overall condition of the facilities was shocking. The lack of communication and poor maintenance made our experience far from ideal, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the location was excellent, just a short walk to Times Square, and the bathroom was nice and clean. On the flip side, the building showed its age, the furniture was worn-out, and I experienced issues with the front door lock. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you enjoy exploring the area on foot, but don't expect luxury.
Arriving at this place was a bit of a letdown after a long journey, especially with the lack of a warm welcome or a staffed reception. The overall accommodations were spacious and clean, though the mattress definitely showed wear. The location was decent, only a short walk to Times Square, but the absence of elevators was a hassle for lugging heavy bags. It's all about reading the fine print before booking; this is more of an apartment setup than a traditional hotel.
